Committees


Lake Olympia has several committees including the Garden Club, ACC, Lake, and Crime Watch. The crime watch, garden club, and lake committees are open to all residents. The ACC committee members are appointed by the Board of Directors. The Association also has a swim team that is run independently from the Association. Lake Olympia Garden Club

The Club meets on the third Thursday of each month at the Lake Olympia Marina Clubhouse. Monthly meetings begin with an informal coffee hour at 9:00 a.m. and feature ideas for taking care of yards, information about gardening, and speakers or hands on activities. Membership is open to all area Residents. Guests are always welcome at meetings or field trips. For more information please contact the committee chairman.

Lake Olympia Swim Team

Architectural Control

The ACC committee reviews all home improvement applications submitted to the Association. All exterior renovations to a home must be approved by the committee prior to commencing work. For information on ACC forms please view the Documents and Forms page or contact the committee chairman.

Lake Committee

The Lake committee works with the lake management company to monitor conditions of the lakes and make recommendations on dye and treatments to the Board. The committee reviews all dock applications. Crime Watch Committee

The crime watch committee is a committee of local resident volunteers that help patrol the neighborhood. The patrols are done randomly as the volunteers are available to patrol. For more information on joining the committee, please contact the committee chairman.
